We offer a full compliment of accounting services. During an initial consultation we learn about your needs, then we collaborate with you to fashion the most cost effective solution to satisfy these needs. If it's monthly bookkeeping you need, we define a program to provide this. If you prefer us to manage all of your accounting needs, we can do this as well.   

General accounting
Services include monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping, setting up and posting to your general ledger, reconciling your bank statements, and assisting in the development and reporting of budgets and projections. We can perform any or all of these functions for you, or assist your staff in maintaining a well-organized and accurate set of records. If you desire, Minter Business Edge will assist in the hiring and training of qualified employees.
Financial statements
We can assist you in preparing and analyzing periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and other statements tailored to the unique requirements of your business. We make sure all statements are prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting standards, and we work with you to interpret these financial statements. We also offer recommendations for improving cash flow, for cutting costs, and for improving overall profit margins.  
We offer a full complement of payroll services which can include administering your entire payroll system. If you choose, we will calculate medical, retirement, tax, FICA and other withholding, and manage your Federal and State tax deposits. We also offer a complete pay check preparation service, which can include setting up and administering direct payroll deposit. 
Business start-up
We provide special services for start-up companies, including assisting and answering the many questions and challenges faced by new business owners. What form of legal entity is best? What accounting software should I use? How do I determine my cash needs? We can help in everything from setting up your general ledger and payroll; filing of federal, state and local applications and licenses; to assisting in the development of a practical business plan.
Government accounting
If you have special requirements for doing business with the U.S. Government, we can help. Our services include registration assistance, setting up Government approved cost collection and reporting systems, establishing employee time recording functions, structuring overhead and G&A accounts, and preparing you for anticipated Government audits. We maintain DCAA approved accounting systems for our clients, and can assist you in establishing necessary written policies and procedures.
